Committed to sustainability, NOI incorporated 18 recycled shipping containers, equivalent to 90 tons of iron, into its construction. The space is designed to maximize ventilation and natural light and features 400 m² of solar panels that generate 50% of the energy consumed. It also collects approximately 16 liters of rainwater for watering plants and cleaning the grounds.
